In this transfer guide, we will walk you through the steps involved with sending cryptocurrencies from your PayPal Crypto Wallet to your Uphold Wallet.

1. Sign Up For Uphold

In order to send crypto over to Uphold, you'll need a fully verified account with them.

Start out by creating an account with Uphold. When everything's done, you'll need to verify your identity.

You'll have to confirm your current address, and upload a photo of a valid ID like your driver's license, as well as a selfie to verify.

2. Copy Your Uphold Wallet Address

Uphold accounts have multiple wallets inside of them - one for each type of crypto Uphold supports.

You'll need to copy the same wallet address associated with the crypto you're sending. 

Here's how to find your Wallet address:

1. Go to your portfolio (wavy button at the bottom of the app)
2. Choose the crypto you want to deposit into Uphold (the one you will be sending from PayPal)
3. Click the ellipsis at the top right (...)
4. Choose the option that says "Wallet Address"
5. Go to your private wallet
6. Copy your private wallet address

3. Send Crypto From PayPal To Uphold

Once you have the correct wallet address copied from Uphold, head over to the PayPal app.

Here's how to send crypto out of your PayPal wallet:

1. Open the Finances tab
2. Tap your crypto balance
3. Click on the Transfer arrows image
4. Choose Send
5. Enter the recipient's external crypto address (the address you copied from Uphold)
6. Input the amount you want to send and tap Next
7. Verify the recipient to avoid sending to the wrong address
8. You can specify the exact cryptocurrency amount or enter a dollar amount
9. Review the details and tap Send Now
